Day 29 - July 29

The morning after.

Day 28 - July 28

5:46 am and so excited. Even with only two-ish hours of sleep, I was pumped. And not even the slightest bit nervous. Probably should have been.

Day 27 - July 27

The Bee decided to try one munching on Legos today and after the initial bloody-murder screaming after realizing that it'd gone down to stomach-ville, we determined that he only ate one of the little green ones and it was decided that, rather than head for the ER, we would just let it pass.

Repeat after me, Ian: Legos are not candy. Legos are not candy.

Day 26 - July 26

We do the library just like my mom used to--pick a spot, plant on the floor and make a pile until you've overfilled the bag you brought to take 'em home.

Day 25 - July 25

With the departure of the Arizona cousins and dad on a business trip, the boys and doggie get awfully clingy.

Day 24 - July 24

The Arizona natives requested few things--playing in the canyon river followed by snow cones was at the top of the list.

Day 23 -- July 23

Jack's first straight razor shave at This Is The Place monument. (Jack's favorite part? His barber was packing a gun.)

Day 22 - July 22

A walk to the river after church (and a record two-hour quiet hour) found even the adults willing to play a little George of The Jungle. Look at that form . . . abs-of-steel, anyone?

Day 21 - July 21

Meeting up with the Beeswax Clan at Taste of The Valley in Provo for the Second Annual Pioneer Day Holiday at our house . . . a 20 minute drive for us and an 11-hour 2-day road trip for them.

Day 20 - July 20

Practicing drawing our rockets for Gramma's birthday.
